Welcome to YALLA. These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the YALLA website, online services, content, features, and functionality made available through our website (collectively, the “Site”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and YALLA (“YALLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
 

By accessing, browsing, or using our Site, submitting information through the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise interacting with YALLA through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Restrictions

Unless YALLA provides written authorization, you may not:

• Customer communications;

• Scheduling;

• Promotions, where appropriate consent has been provided; and

• Other YALLA services or communications.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of promotional SMS communications by following the instructions contained in the applicable message, including replying STOP where supported.

For assistance, you may reply HELP where supported or contact YALLA directly.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services from YALLA.

YALLA does not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

No failure by YALLA to enforce a provision of these Terms will be considered a permanent waiver of that provision.

A waiver of one provision does not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
